Three monthly plans: Starter at EUR 499, Grow at EUR 899 and Scale at EUR 2,499. They differ in included step executions, from 10,000 a month on Starter to 1,000,000 on Scale. The discovery project that comes before them is scoped on its own, at a price on request.
No. Users are unlimited on every plan, and so are workflows. You are charged for the work the platform executes, not for how many colleagues, partners or agents take part in it.
One step of a process being carried out: a task assigned, a system called, a rule evaluated. It is the unit the plans are sized in, so the price follows the volume of work rather than the size of the team.
None of them, at first: the discovery project is the first process. It is a scoped engagement at a price on request, and you see the process running in production before a monthly plan starts. From there Starter at EUR 499 a month carries 10,000 step executions and no user limit.
The work people do: discovery and the first process, process consulting, custom automations and integrations, a dedicated installation, and user support. Those are professional services and are quoted per engagement, not priced by the plan.
