Terms of Use: metamorphOS Tasks for Microsoft Teams

These terms govern the metamorphOS Tasks app for Microsoft Teams (the app), provided by MetamorphOS FlexCo, Science Park Graz, Sandgasse 36 / IV, 8010 Graz, Austria.

Last updated: 9 October 2026

The app

The app shows the tasks a metamorphOS workspace assigns to a person inside Microsoft Teams, lets them complete those tasks, and notifies them in the Teams activity feed. Workspace admins can use it to import people from Microsoft 365. It is part of the metamorphOS service and has no separate price.

Who may use it

The app works only for organisations that have a metamorphOS workspace and have connected their Microsoft 365 organisation to it. Your organisation decides who may use it and which tasks you see. You use the app on behalf of your organisation.

Agreement

Your organisation's use of the app is governed by its agreement with MetamorphOS FlexCo for the metamorphOS service, including the data processing agreement. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the agreement prevails.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law, to access tasks or data you are not entitled to, to interfere with the service, or to probe it for weaknesses without our written permission. Report security issues to office@metamorphos.io.

Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 are provided by Microsoft under your organisation's agreement with Microsoft. We are not responsible for their availability. Microsoft is not a party to these terms.

Availability and changes

We may change, update or discontinue the app. Your Teams admin installs updates through the Teams admin center. Service levels, if any, are set in your organisation's agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. The courts in Graz, Austria, have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your organisation's agreement sets otherwise.
